Cancellation Policy

1. In the event of You (The Client) cancelling your booking, prior to 7 business days before the contracted session, a 20% Administration fee will be incurred from the return balance. Payments made prior to the contracted session date are strictly non-refundable if cancelling within 7 Business days of contracted session booking taking place. 2. If you Re-schedule your complete course, this must take place within 6 months of the original booking date to avoid all paid fees being lost. (Course fee will automatically roll over if rebooking date is within 6 months of the original course date). 3. NICOLA ANNE PHOTOGRAPHY will uphold the contracted price as per this agreement. All financial agreements and payments will be strictly enforced. Late payments are liable to a 10% penalty. 4. Participation in the course is strictly subject to the Accident and Liability Waiver & T&C's being signed and returned to Nicola Anne Photography no later than 48hrs prior to the course commencement date.
